British rock 'n' roll hits from 1964 to 1984 will be performed by a host of Wakatipu performers when London Calling returns for two nights only in the Arrowtown Athenaeum Hall next week.
Queenstown-based Underground Productions takes the show to the Lake Wanaka Centre on November 18, Centrestage in Invercargill on November 19 and 20, and St James Theatre in Gore on November 21 before returning to where it all began in Arrowtown, on November 24 and 25.
The timeless music of the Beatles, Rolling Stones, the Who, David Bowie, T-Rex, Rod Stewart, Elton John, the Sex Pistols, the Cure and the Clash will be performed in a multi-media extravaganza.
• Tickets cost $35 and are available from the i-Site Visitor Centre, Queenstown, and the Lakes District Museum, Arrowtown. Doors open at 7.30pm, shows start at 8pm.
