[1] The Royal Dunedin Male Choir. Photo by Linda Robertson. Fans of the Royal Dunedin Male Choir will have to make their way to the Lion Foundation Arena, at the Edgar Centre, for the choir's annual Christmas Concert this year.
The choir has performed at the Dunedin Town Hall for the past 25 years but, with the central city venue closed for an upgrade, it has had to look elsewhere.
The Christmas Concert at the Portsmouth Dr arena is on Monday at 7.30pm.
Conductor Richard Madden and accompanist Linda Folland will lead the choir through a varied programme of songs, while deputy conductor Peter Keddell will encourage audience participation in some favourite carols.
Guest artists are the Melrose Singers and tenor Alex Wilson.
Bookings can be made at the Edgar Centre or the Regent Theatre.
