Maura (Sally Hawkins) is marrying African immigrant Wesley for a payoff, so he can stay in the country and she can keep her house.
Freddie (Tom Riley) is marrying Sophie for the second time, after their first marriage collapsed. When these wedding parties end up at the same
reception venue, a series of misunderstandings leads to some predictably contrived movie mix-ups.
This Irish romantic dramedy deftly weaves the drama with the comedy, but lacks polish and offers nothing we haven't seen before. This is of interest only to those who wish to revel in wedding movie cliches delivered with Irish accents.
